Founded by Stacy L. Massey, SLM & Co. brings firsthand experience from inside the organizations we serve. Stacy’s background spans early childhood education, nonprofit leadership, organizational consulting, and community-based programs, with experience leading teams, supporting families, partnering with boards, navigating compliance, strengthening enrollment, raising funds, and guiding organizations through both opportunities and challenges.
Having served in the leadership roles she now supports, Stacy understands that every decision affects people, culture, operations, and mission. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in what works in the real world—not simply what looks good on paper.
